"Proud of our pupils"

Staff and pupils at St Patrick's Primary School in Kilsyth were very busy during Lent.

Four SCIAF Fridays were planned and organised, a bananas n pyjamas Friday with Fairtrade cafe, non - uniform Friday, bring your cuddly toy to school Friday and crazy hair Friday.

In addition we also had a St Patrick's Day cake and candy. Our enterprise lunchtime club made and sold a variety of Easter gifts and treats and our pupil council organised various raffles.

Overall we raised £1500! We are very proud of our pupils who have a great awareness of the needs of others who are less fortunate than us and we appreciate the generosity of all pupils, staff and parents.

Mrs Catherine McGrath a "SCIAF Ambassador" visited St. Patrick's Primary School in Kilsyth and was presented with the cheque for £1500.
